Infection Prevention In Mind

We understand that infection prevention is a top priority for hospitals. Our technology was specifically designed with this in mind and to be a superior alternative to free-standing units with loosely tethered cables.

Our batteries are coated in an antimicrobial film that helps reduce the presence and transmission of surface pathogens by approximately 99.9%. This film actively inhibits the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms on high-touch surfaces.

Additionally, on top of our team manually wiping down the machine and batteries with a disinfectant, the batteries are recharged within our kiosks for a minimum of two hours before ejection. This mild heat adds another layer of protection to reduce microbial viability on our batteries.

Speaking of infection prevention, even our batteries prevent infection from malware, aka Juice-Jacking, being installed into patients’ phones. Because our charging cables only send power, unlike public charging ports, no data can be transmitted through our batteries, thereby keeping patient phones safe!
